Let's first introduce HML, short for Hard Mode Legion.

HML was formed as the result of a split in Legions of the Underword [LotU] two weeks ago.
LotU had focus on Hard Mode since the introduction of it and had mainly Hard Mode players.
With the split about 35 members joined HML and another ~35 stayed in LotU.

HML is part of the The Mirror of Reason [SNOW] alliance where we have been with LotU since last summer and we've been with them before that, alliance forum can be found on http://snow.forumup.us/.
The alliance is full and very active. We are the smallest guild because of our split.

What we as guild want to offer is the ability to team up for Hard Mode in the main part of the game, missions and vanquishing.
While our guild is building up again it might not be possible to do this with full guild teams, but our alliance is large enough to get a team going fast.
Also, the alliance offers frequent access to elite areas and dungeons, though some teams will ask for that certain EotN skill....

I believe in balanced teams for the areas HML has focus on and don't want discrimination on certain skills for that.
If someone does not have a desired skill then be creative and find an alternative build.

When you join us, you also join the SNOW alliance.
We feel comfortable there and think they provide a fair level of Hard Mode play.
Starting a team for something usually means having several alliance members join in a couple of minutes.

Now about you

You know your way around in the areas of guild wars and also don't have much problem when playing Hard Mode.
There might be areas/missions you have problems with, but in general you do fine in Hard Mode.
You know the professions you play well enough to know which builds are effective in general and which are not.
If you are looking for help HML and SNOW are not the place for you, if you are looking for company while playing Hard Mode you are very welcome.

You participate in a positive way in the alliance.
Alliance chat can be very active and heat up on some subjects.
That's ok, but keep it on the subject and I expect you know how to avoid getting personal. Or stay out when it does.
Frequent usage of curses or sexual references is not appreciated, some players have their kids in their guild.

Last but not least, you play for fun.
Title hunting is ok, but keep in mind others might be less dedicated or have less experience than you have.
Teaming with an other human player always has some risk involved.
(S)he could be called away or might be distracted.
Or just not have the right skills unlocked for that perfect build.
Those things happen, it's part of playing the game with others human players.

A little introduction about yourself, your main character(s) and what your ingame goals are would be nice.
If you do want to join our alliance but don't want to focus that much on Hard Mode but more on dungeons/elite areas, or if you are not in a Europe timezone, please sign up on our alliance forum.
